Participation in TNA workshop organized by CIF

On dated 25th and 26th October President of UDAAN Society participated in the TNA workshop organized by Childline India Foundation North Regional Resource Centre, New Delhi @United Service Institution (USI) Premises, Residency Resorts Pvt. Ltd. Rao Tula Ram Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi – 110010. The purpose of the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) was to identify knowledge, skills and attitude, to scientifically identify the requirements at both, the trainers end and help identify knowledge and/or skill sets required that need to be transferred to the engaged personnel. The overall objective of this assignment was to gather information on gaps between existing skill and knowledge versus what is needed.
The New Concept team was hired to conduct the workshop.
Dignitaries from the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India, UNICEF India, also participated in the workshop. The main focus was to create a hub of Trainers who can identify, plan and implement training for the childine team and stakeholders.
Mr. Anjaiah Pandiri Ms. Chitrakala Acharya, Ms. Heenu Singh Shaiju Varghese Abhishek Pathak, Rameshwar Vishwakarma along with Directors, Coordinators, Team Member and Counsellor took participation.
